MTG created the name and brand identity of Metro Boulevard for the ON3 mixed-use development located in Clifton, New Jersey. The 116-acre planned Metroburb includes 560,000 SF of headquarter-quality Class A office space, a medical school, lab, cogeneration plant, 300,000 SF of planned retail, a hotel and one million SF of proposed residential. We created a distinct brand identity for the two office buildings and developed a colorful exciting leasing and marketing campaign targeting the life science and biotech industries.
